I think there was collusion between the Penn and Princeton Athletic Departments. We need an investigation

Well said. I came into Philadelphia today to work so that I could attend the game tonight. Unfortunately, cannot attend tomorrow but did receive the gracious offer to see another Penn game other than St. Joe's. No refund offered?
Looking at Penn's schedule and may come into town to watch an exciting Penn-Dartmouth contest later in the year.
Excellent PR by Penn Athletics.

I think if you press the point, you will get a refund.

Actually, I'm kind of glad. I felt lousy today so I'll have another day to recover but, more importantly, we now get to see the women play too.

Is the Penn campus covered in drifts? Why is it closed?

I've noticed that it's not the kids who complain. It's the parents.

Speaking o' the weather, if anyone was considering taking the train to the games tomorrow, I strongly suggest checking the SEPTA, Amtrak, and/or NJ Transit websites before setting out. I just finally got back from work because, among other reasons, the wires between 30th Street and Suburban actually froze, and they had to chip the ice off them. Since conditions are supposed to be similar tomorrow, and possibly even worse, I would make sure to check. The El and the Broad Street were running reasonably well, as an alternative for those living in the area.

Just checked... Penn - 2.
Can anyone confirm the game will be televised on NBC Sports Philadelphia +? My FIOS channel lineup is showing different programming. I had tickets for last night, but I have a family commitment for this afternoon, so I'm hoping to record it and watch the 7-point Penn victory tonight when I get home...

Look at the message at Pennathletics.com--not on NBC cable, just on ILDN. You and many others were screwed by the unnecessary change.

Women tied after 1 at 15. Princeton was cold early on, but knocked dowm a couple of 3's to tie at the end. Parker playing with no fear, already a couple of tough putbacks and an out-of nowhere block

Princeton up 31-28 at half. They were knocking down some NBA 3's early in the quarter and were up by 10 at one point, but McLaughlin called timeout with about 3.5 to go, and after that the D got cranked to 11; four or five straight possessions with either a steal, a bad shot, or running out of shot clock. Parker still playing well, but as usual for us, too many bunnies missed. Alarie has two fouls for Princeton, so hopefully we can attack her in the 2nd.

Princeton attempted only two layups in the entire half. Penn should win if it keeps getting second chances, because Princeton won't stay above a point per possession on jumpers alone.

Still Tigers 48-42 after 3. We're playing a bit better on offense, but they're moving the ball very well, getting a lot of backdoor cuts, and we just can't put together two stops in a row. Somebody gotta start making 3's
