Cornell closes out its non-conference schedule later today with a home game against Division II Central Pennsylvania (7-8).
As of now, the game is still scheduled to be played at 5:30 pm, despite sub-zero temperatures in Ithaca.

Matt Morgan will look to add to his points total and move into the #2 spot nationally.
The projected lineup is again, Davis (G), Morgan (G), Gordon (G), Julian (F), and Gettings (F). No word on the status of Bathurst or Whiteside.
Cornell is 24-0 against non-Division 1 teams. Last year, they beat Fisher College 100-72. Having scored 75 or more in the last four games, there's a good chance they hit the century mark in this game. If so, does Cornell Athletics have any agreement in place like Penn does for free cheesesteaks at Abner's (CTB, The Nines, Hot Truck, Dairy Bar)?

There should be Hot Truck for everyone who braves this game! PMPs all around. (Looks like half the bleachers aren't out.)
And Central Penn is D2 not in the NCAA but in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association. They are actually ranked 3rd in that division (tied with NHTI (?)). Other ranked schools include two Maine community colleges, 7 Penn State branch campuses, and top-ranked Villa Maria College. This is silliness.

And Cornell wins 93-69 in a game that stayed closer for longer than was comfortable. It was 55-42 with 15 minutes left. 16 turnovers, 16 offensive rebounds surrendered.
I refuse to care about much else because of how pointless this game was to schedule. At some point I started to get angry at Barry for calling the Knights D2 since it clearly implied NCAA D2. Central Penn competed the whole way, but even if you believe a D3 game has value, it was hard to see much point in this game.
