A truly horrible game. The only bright spot was Matt Morgan's 16 first half points (held to 4 in the 2nd half).
Lions shot 57% (16-28!) from three and 53% overall. The Big Red committed 20 turnovers and only hit 46% of FT (13-28).
Right now, their defensive efficiency is #320 in the nation (at least Dartmouth is #321)
Hopefully things turn around for Saturday's rematch at Newman.

Congrats! Your hope is rewarded!
Gotta give the Big Red credit. Nosing out the Lions a week after absorbing a 26pt shellacking is a huge accomplishment. The Morgan and Gettings show was on full display. Let's see where your Red go from here.

Much better performance on offense, five fewer turnovers, 88% FT shooting and 19 assists on 26 made baskets. But the D was arguably even worse than last week; Columbia just wasn't insanely hot from beyond the arc. If the Lions are average at 3 point shooting in both games, they likely win both. Still, the guys needed an Ivy win to keep the season from spiraling out of control, and they got it. I had a very bad feeling when they trailed by 11 early.
