Game is at 7 PM on CBS SN.

Lehigh is sending out a barrage of tweets/videos seeking student and local support. Will be interesting to see how many show up.

I'm setting the official over-under at 1,450. This is largely due to the 300-400 Bucknellians who will probably attend.
New season, new team, new dream . . .

Not to mention the fact that Lehigh always inflates the attendance by a significant percentage.

That's 4pm PST for me. For me its interesting how far we've come in getting the "live game" to people far and wide. I remember when I first graduated I could dial into the game broadcast by Bob Behler. Then I think came Sportsjuice, which was also dial in with a credit card, then when internet radio started they were also available there. Now with internet Radio in full maturity, I can ask Alexa to find the broadcast.

On the video side, The early days of PL internet video included a single high mounted mid court camera that didn't pan much. Occasionally there would bean away game at power 5 conference school and you could log into the local broadcast or the teams video. Now today we have multi camera setups at every PAtriot League school and crisp (for the most part) production of games at all league venues. and ofcourse as the program has had success, the more times its gotten on TV of a bigger scale.

Just great for the fan/alum like me who has spent many a year far from campus

Very true, GMoney. For my first few years after graduating, the full Bucknell basketball game experience was looking at the small-print score in the back of the next day's USA Today.

I Remember “Teamline” well. But is was quite expensive. I used to guess about when 4th quarter would start (football) and listen to the rest of game.

That's what it was called before sportsjuice. I think it was about $20 an hour, at least it felt that.

Friendly tip: I signed up for one week of free Direct TV to stream the game tonight. Easy to sign up and cancel for anyone who doesn't get CBS SN.

I did this previously with another service and I think I'm running out of "cheats"!

Did the announcers just say something to the effect of " tonight in one of the most hallowed arenas of the Patriot League..."

I know Stabler has been there a long time, but I wouldn't call it hallowed...

Yes they did! And the crowd looks very sparse and Bucknell friendly.

Record crowd at Stabler Arena was for a John Denver concert in 1984. That's so perfect in my mind.

Stabler did very well with Ac/Dc and Journey in 1980, with packed houses. Oh the days!

Maybe it was hollowed, as in empty.

Perhaps they meant obsolete instead of hallowed. In any event, I think Stabler is definitely one of the nine best arenas in the patriot league.

Is the broadcast crew cheering for Lehigh? Feels that way.
