I wonder how Harvard, who is used to winning like we once were, celebrated their shared regular season title?

But still...
We're Penn, dammit! (Apologies to Eddie Murphy and Gumby).

Hmmmm. Be careful what you ask for:

Are they given a trophy because they "win" the tiebreak? That makes little sense.

Both teams are champs and get rings and a trophy. Aside from a banner for the NCAA appearance, I don’t believe the conf tourney champ gets to say they’re the champ of anything.

The only thing the tiebreak does is establishes which team plays which and which team gets the NIT auto-bid.

That's what I assumed. It's just weird to see Harvard players celebrating with hardware while Penn only had the banner. I'm still fuming over Friday...This league is a joke.

All I will say is that works in the Athletic Dept. and we see him at all the games. This is his blog. Check out the previous entries on the Penn Athletics site in the news section. His accounts of the Monmouth game and the Princeton reschedule are very interesting. They are in the news section of he site and will show up in your feed if you like Penn Athletics on FB. He drops enough hints to figure out who he is if you really want to know.
