I watched the entire game...Mike rarely got the ball. As a team, the Sixers lack any kind of defensive cohesiveness and take some terrible shots. With the night Saric was having, I think they would’ve been better off letting Mike play down the stretch.

Mike was fired up to play his old team. 14 points, 5 rebounds in 18 minutes on 5-7 shooting.

Greetings from cheerier old England where I saw the E A G L E S' game.

Looks like the Moose was on the loose. Go, Mike!

Sixers getting hammered tonight in Toronto. No constest. Sixers are just so undisciplined overall. Mike not having a bad night, but this team shoots a ton of three’s for a team that’s not good at it. At least lately they’ve been terrible.

Mike's final numbers were pretty good: 2-2 on twos, 1-3 on threes, 5-5 on FT's, 5 rebounds, and 1 assist in 16 minutes.

Some Sixers fans are suggesting Mike should be starting ahead of Saric, who is hitting 49% on twos and 23% on threes. In his small sample size, Mike is hitting 39% on threes and 100% (6-6) on twos. Mike has a slightly higher rebound rate as well, and has blocked more shots.

Embiid, Simmons, and Muscala would make for an interesting, and very tall, starting line up.

No, but I was traveling with another Bison from '88. Now, I'm in Australia for work. Lots of flying.

Mike got hurt in practice and is out at least a week with a broken nose and face laceration that required stitches.

In an interesting twist, Jimmy Butler is now Muscala’s teammate in a deal that seemingly leaves Muscala open for more minutes when healthy

Yes, was thinking the same thing....unless Brown (who I question as being a quality coach) wants to go small.

Sixers could have really used a PF against the Grizzlies. Mike was missed.

Mike got 27 minutes of PT. He looked a little rusty and the protective facemask looked uncomfortable. He was only 3-11 but scored 13 points and grabbed 8 boards. He had time at both the 4 and 5. I was surprised to see him take most of Amir Johnson's minutes. Also, it was good to see Mike in at crunch time toward the end of the 4th Q. He drained an open 3 to give the Sixers a 7 point (?) lead that basically put it out of reach for the Heat.

BTW, he had a great pass to Ben Simmons for an easy dunk.

I hope that Mike continues to get more PT.

He was 3-10 from 3 and 3-11 overall. But iirc he was 1-6 from 3 in the 1st half so went 2-4 in the 2nd half. That's a lot of 3pt shots for a 4/5. Hopefully, he starts making them more consistently and can ditch the mask in the near future.

I also hope he is able to do more than shoot 3’s. He made some good passes out of the high post, maybe he can take some mid-range jumpers instead of shooting only from 25+’.

Not a great night for Mike. Almost went to this game but for lazy.

5 points, 5 boards and 2 assists and in 26 minutes.
