Our guys did well versus UMASS Lowell. Jackson really stood out with some decent long distance shooting, picking up where he left off last year. It's only a preseason scrimmage but our offense is ok but defensively we need more work.

Jon Rothstein with the inside scoop!

Here's the answer to the question. Double digitb victories. I heard our shooting was very good.

For a team that has had its share of rough times the last two years, that is some very good news. There really only can be positives coming from double digit road wins at UMass-Lowell and vs Colgate at a neutral site. It would be great to know more specifics on the game.

UMass-Lowell is ranked #310 (8th of 9 in AE) by KenPom, #267 (#5 in AE) by Bart Torvik. The league poll has them picked 9th.

Colgate is ranked #205 (2nd of 10 in Patriot) by KenPom, #227 (2nd in Patriot) by Bart Torvik. The league poll has them picked 3rd.

Dartmouth is ranked #265 by KenPom (8th in Ivy), #262 by Bart Torvik (8th in Ivy). The medial poll had them 8th.

Very positive!!! It is an added bonus that Colgate is ranked higher by KP and Bart. Without knowing the specifics like who all played it is still pretty subjective since it is a preseason scrimmage. However, I'll take it and run with it like I stole something!!!

Colgate is ranked higher than us, Columbia, and Cornell. Double Digits gives me hope that maybe we could even contend for that 4th spot in the tourney. Ok I'm way out there, but a fanatic can dream can't I.

Don't stop there. I'm with you. I like Dartmouth for 3rd in the Ivy! It's not unprecedented.
