Has anyone been able to access the audio? If so, how?

Half time from behind the Columbia bench, down 52-45 because no one defends against 3 pters.Tape didn't start, but played a little with a brace on his knee. Smith has 16 pts, Hunter hit a 3 and is playing better, but if we don't put our arms up in front of opponents shooting 3s, it is going to be a very long season.

No audio or video tonight. Perhaps it's for the best.

Maybe. We lose 94-83 to a 331 (?) KP team that shoots 43% on 3s. It bore a painful resemblance to a shoot-around: all too often, no defender was within 5 ft. of the player shooting a 3.

Smith did have 31, but only Adlesh with 12 also had double-figures. The offense, however, is besides the point. If a team this bad can shoot this well against us, our worst fears about this season are going to be realized.

And we drop from from 220 to 247 in KenPom, not the least because against us, Youngstown State ORAT was 1.19.

Yes, and the school (Florida International) they face tonight at 6pm has been scoring over 90 ppg. I suppose their running on offense - so constant and thorough- leaves them spent when they arrive at the defensive end. Both CU opponents to date have eclipsed 42%, shooting, outside the arc.

I have always said that Mike Smith is a great player and last night was no exception. However, no one can or shouldd play nearly forty minutes a game three consecutive days. Does that mean we have zero depth at point guard despite a guard-loaded roster? At this point in the early season, the story lines are Smith is great, Nweke is looking good and everyone else is problematic. In that last category, the key questions are, what's up with C.J. Davis and Maka Ellis. Is Davis injured, or what? And what is the story on Ellis, who many Columbia fans hoped would come in and contribute immediately.

37P6:
You raise a sobering point about Smith's minutes of activity. He's now on pace to play 111 minutes in this round robin event, that began for CU last night at 8:45pm, and shall come to a conclusion tomorrow evening at approximately 6:30pm- note that this is something not even LeBron's ever done in a 15 (plus) years pro career in which he's played more minutes than any other NBA player in the 21st century.
Wilt Chamberlain may have done it back in the day (I will research that further & get back to you)- conceivably, nobody else..... ...111 minutes (most of it engaged & on the ball) in less than 46 hours; and what if in the process of this ridiculous level of activity, he's somehow injured, tonight or late in the Fordham game, tomorrow, late afternoon? What will the powers that be say then? Will they say nothing? Will they rip out a page from that great exemplar's, Bill de blasio's book on SnowJobs, and, ever so smugly, pronounce, that it clearly wasn't their fault and besides it was all bad luck?!?!? Will they hang their hats on 37P6's post, and claim that Mike Smith is so very much irreplaceable?
Most clearly, there is no appropriate response or any appropriateness brought to a lack of one, should such an unfortunate scenario be delivered to us as reality.
