But taking your own advice and minding your own business are apparently not what you're capable of; neither in the men's room or real life.

Guys, this is none of my business and I'm not a moderator here. However, I beseech everyone to avoid ad hominem attacks - especially towards teenagers!

HDG: It can't be ad hominem when pseudonyms are involved. There's NOTHING I can trust about these news items.

Res ipsa loquitor.

Calling a teenager a "stiff" should not be acceptable behavior here.

HDG:

Your zeal is what makes you exceptional; so I don't mind your wandering over here so much, even though you're most correct to write that it's none of your business; but I feel badly for you when you make a reference about a rare physical talent, not knowing a damn thing about who or what you're referring to. Lastly, if, in fact, the individual being written about exists and is a teenager, I would then view my own scrutinized commentary as having been in poor taste.

My limited comments were based on viewing highlight tapes available from my own search. That's what I see. Trust, but verify.

Well said.

When this thread started, I was worried that the player might read the board and be burdened with unreachable expectations. Now I worry that he might read the board and find adults he’s never met making disparaging remarks about him.

Offers from other schools only tell some of the story. Among current all-Ivy players, Miye Oni didn’t have any other D1 interest. Going back a little way, former POY Ibby Jabber didn’t either.

Pretty sure Matt Morgan only had one D1 offer. Oni and Morgan would both start at a bunch of P5 schools.

If you guys don't want Mr. Onuama, please feel free to send him to Ithaca.

Morgan and Oni aren't close to supposed 7 footers. Quite a few players their size see few offers.

The may have been late, but I am pretty sure Oni had other offers, some from other Ivy's. I don't know about Morgan.

Never late for you, Bear; and if you were 7 feet tall, or could convince people you were, you'd be getting offfers, too. But I was sorry to see your man play like Godfrey Cambridge again tonight up in New Haven!

Has an announcement been made about a scholarship for Faulds? Last I heard, he was a walk-on. With no seniors and a couple of guys coming in, where does the scholarship come from?

Well, here’s the press release.
https://mgoblue.com/news/2018/6/29/prefer red-walk-...

It expressly states he is a walk on. It appears that they are 2 over without Faulds for next year. So three guys would seem to have to leave for them to clear a basketball scholarship for him.

Where's your apology, SomeGuy ?
Without that, no engagement- tuck in your tail between your legs and go away.

You are supposed to apologize for shaming AU by once again demonstrating irrefutably that he is spouting nonsense and is absolutely and completely wrong.

Why don't you ask mr. james what he should apologize for, old fool! Then take your puppet home with you, tie those strings around his throat extra tight and lock him up in the bottom most level of your basement closet where he belongs.

Looked to me as if Dartmouth snatched defeat from the jaws of victory in Cambridge today. Either Dartmouth is a lot better than I had thought or that Harvard is less than the sum of its parts. Dartmouth seemed to do a lot more with less talent on the floor than Harvard.
