It’s all relative. I live in NY where the temps are not too different from PA. Got a laugh a few years back when I went to Florida during, as luck would have it , a cold snap. Played golf one morning when the temp was in the 50’s. Some of the native were wearing stocking cap or ear muffs. Like I said, all relative.
bison63, when we lived in L.A., I remember picking up our younger son one day at elementary school. It was a beautiful, sunny day in January with temps around 68°. I was wearing a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. The stay-at-home L.A. moms had on Uggs, scarves, knit hats, and sweaters. It was so common that it looked like a uniform. They looked at me like I was crazy. It was pretty funny.
