Maybe Nate can go the first 5 minutes of the half without a foul so we can actually use him 🙄

Games like this it would be nice if Moore and Toomer would step up. I thought Moore was a first team PL type of player? At least that’s what I heard. Without Kimbal this game would almost be over. Flow of the offense is horrendous. Meeks is trying but missing too many close shots. Sestina has to be a two-way player without fouls for us to go anywhere.

I guess all things considered we can’t complain about being down 3 at half. Thank god kimbal is capable of taking over. Because without him looking for his shot the offense was completely stagnant.

Got them right where we want them!

Great win. Kimbal is really making a play for player of the year. We simply don’t win that game without him. The first ten minutes were painful but then after that we got in a groove and pretyy much did whatever we wanted. Sestina had a decent second half to make it look like a good stat line. But he is just simply too unreliable with the fouls. And for that matter so is Avi.

But hey I can nitpick later. This was a huge win and essentially locks up the 1 seed for us. Sotos looked better today which was encouraging. Meeks another very solid contribution. Not sure how he is still not in shape though.

But good effort, good win let’s take of business going forward. I can see us losing to Colgate, but the other games we have to lock down.

I am shocked that the Bison held on in the 1st half. Kimbal is going to have a great career in Europe.

Our student attendance is equally as bad...if not worse than Lehigh. The apathy is staggering

Student attendance definitely could be better. However it is FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR better than the student attendance at any other patriot league school. It is not even close! In fact it is very possible that the Bucknell student attendance is as large as the combined total for the other nine patriot league schools.

Talk about glass half empty, reading this board you’d think we lost. Best 3 point shooting team in the nation? Not tonight baby. Do you think they just had an off night, or did the Bison defense have something to do with it? Great win!

Meeks’ foot will not fully heal until he gets a couple of months off, I.e. May or June maybe. He has to sit half of every practice and cannot do any other running. Thus he won’t be fully in shape until next year.

I love watching Meeks play. His body shape, unfortunately, reminds me of my myself.

Kimbal put this team on his shoulders and willed them to win. I thought the much maligned Dr. Brett Reed had a good strategy of forcing the ball inside to get Nate in early foul trouble. At least I assume that was a deliberate strategy... We are a different team when he is able to stay on the floor.

All the talk about Nate and his foul trouble & saying he just don't get it baffles me. Are you watching the same game I am? 2 of his 4 fouls tonight were very suspect, as were about half of his fouls all season have been. On one end Nate gets hit with these ticky-tack fouls, but on the other end Nate, Kimbal & Avi get banged up, all kinds of contact with no call. It's been pretty one sided most games this season, where other teams are not getting charged with the same minor contact fouls Nate gets hit with. It's as though he has a target on his back bc of his size & strength.

His 2nd and 3rd fouls weren’t ticky tack. They were just dumb and frankly unacceptable. The second foul was fouling a player doing a fading away lay up. He keeps his hands up there’s no foul. Davis even said that after the 1st half.

The third foul was a complete reach in. It’s called every time and it was quite obvious. There was no reason for the foul considering the ball handler was about 28 feet away from the basket.

He continues to show no ability to understand when it’s smart to be aggressive and when it’s not. He’s not a shot blocker but is constantly going throwing his arms to block shots. Stay straight up. He is a unique offensive weapon but when he is in foul trouble he is either on the bench or playing extremely conservatively. I don’t understand how you don’t see this. We’ve all been pretty much been saying the whole year he gets dumb fouls. It’s unacceptable.

Not sure where you get that I think he’s a worthless bum? I even said he is a unique offensive talent. But his constant foul trouble and inability to make smart decisions to avoid the fouls hurts the team.
