Bassey in locker room. Kirkwood bloodied when fouled on drive to basket. Catching getting some of the Bassey minutes. 23-19.

Bassey back on the bench. Didn't sound good at first, but might be okay.

Terrible close to half, including last second bailout foul by Kirkwood. Down 10. Bassey with bad limp.

Expect a lot of small lineups in 2nd half. Can’t keep winnng with this many turnovers. And we’re not even playing Holy Cross.

Disaster half. Aiken missed a few free throws, forced a few deep threes, Lewis was in foul trouble, Bassey knocked out, and Kirkwood had to sit awhile until they could get his cut to stop bleeding. Doubt we've had many minutes with Catchings and Haskett lineups before.

Kirkwood coming out in the second half on fire. He's just got to be careful with his handle. He lets the ball get too high and get knocked away too much.

We really missed Bassey's defense on Cambridge. Just had no answer for him otherwise. Bryce really struggled with Okolie's length all night. Was never able to get into his stepback three game, and kept trying deep threes as a result.

Kirkwood almost single-handedly kept us in it. Katchings gave us a couple of really good minutes, including what at the time was a big three. Did a good job hanging tough and cutting it to a single possession in the final minute, but just couldn't get that last stop we needed.

We'll have a hard time slowing Oni down if Bassey can't go tomorrow.

Lots of things went wrong last night. Foul trouble (Brown shot 31 FTs???), turnovers and the collapse at the end of the first half.

It would be great to bounce back tonight, but it looks more like we're going to need a split in the last four to claw into Ivy Madness.
