where on campus is the issue. Basketball needs to stay on campus and not be moved up to Baker.
Dodge as a whole needs to be gutted (the Rec center is terribly laid out with so much wasted space and ancient equipment) but then where to play during that time. Fordham?

We discussed years ago a new facility in the Manhattan Valley parcel, south of 135th and Riverside. I think that would be perfect.
