With a tie for the regular season conference championship - how does the NIT auto bid work? If Penn or Princeton win IvyMadness - does Harvard go because they have the tiebreaker, does the NIT pick, or is there no bid? If Harvard wins the tourney, does Yale get to go? If Yale wins the tourney, does Harvard go to the NIT?

#1 seed in the conference tournament always gets the auto bid, regardless of ties. So Harvard is the only potential autobid this year.

Yale is in the ballpark of at-large NIT discussion, but after all the other autobids take spots it's extremely unlikely they'd get in (especially with another home loss and no path to another good win before the final).
