I know many of us signed on to watch the league games. I shut mine down this week. Does anyone out there think it is worth it the rest of the year?

I don't know if the Athletic is up for sale, but if it is, Disney should offer whatever they want and then some.

It comes with an ESPN insider subscription (along with the print magazine), so I continue to get it.

What is the difference between the three ESPN streaming channels: ESPN 3, ESPN+, and Watch ESPN? How can one find out which game is being shown on what? And, are certain games shown live on more than one channel at the same time (including the cable-box's ESPN, ESPN News, ESPN 2, ESPN U)?

It's a business mode that's more than a bit confusing and appears to be a Disney decision to keep it that way. How does this increase ESPN's revenue, which is the only reason I can think of?

You need a cable or streaming subscription to access ESPN programming and a separate subscription to ESPN Insider or to ESPN+ to get that programming.

I know that, but I wish you had answered my questions. Apparently more than one question at once is too much for you, so let's do them one at a time.

What is the difference IN CONTENT between the three streaming channels ESPN3, ESPN+, and Watch ESPN?

Everything they are showing is available on ESPN.com and you can go to it with a click, if you have access.

No need for the snark. I am not here to do your bidding. Just trying to answer your question.

Watch ESPN is a stream of the regular ESPN TV channels (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, etc.). This requires a cable/satellite ESPN subscription. ESPN3 shows additional free content to ESPN subscribers (games not on TV, but available free to subscribers). ESPN+ is the online subscription service, which shows games that are only available to online subscribers.
