McCollum had 37 points in their game 7 win over Denver. Blazers move on to face Golden State in the WCF.

It is great to see a PL player doing so well in the Association.

Hard to believe he’s never been an all start.

Charles Lee is also in the conference finals, as an assistant for the Milwaukee Bucks.

Interesting comment from CJ about getting drafted out of Lehigh.

I interpret "I got it out the mud" to be a metaphor for hard work. I don't think he was calling Lehigh a pigsty (though the colors are a good fit for that).

Yes, he had an amazing game. He is so well spoken and genuine. I think his “mud” comment simply meant that he had come from a place nobody has come from before, that he had to work hard and prove himself maybe more than players from basketball factories do.

Coach Lee (and Coach Bud) have done a great job with the Bucks. Would love to see a Portland-Milwaukee final. I'll be rooting for the Bucks regardless.

It agree that it would be good to see the Trailblazers and Bucks in the Finals. I would like to see McCollum put up some big numbers in a losing effort. If the Bucks win it all in 7 so that Lee can get a ring, it would be exciting and satisfying.

BTW, are there any Bucknell alums in the last 25 years or so who have coached or been in the head office of an NBA Championship team?
