Just saw Kareem at #3 on SportsCenter’s Top Ten. Impressive dunk during PanAm 3 on 3 semis (U.S. lost by two, alas).

SRP, are you sure the US lost in the semifinals? From the link below it looks like the US and Maddox won the Gold Medal in the Pan Am games.

Looks like he was right about the game outcome and score vs. Puerto Rico, just that it was not a semi-final. Perhaps this aspect was misreported by espn and he cited them.
