If only Ben could hit the three consistently the way he does on the highlight reel.

If the PL follows the same schedule as last year, the official preseason poll should be released tomorrow.

If the PL follows the same schedule as last year, the official preseason poll should be released tomorrow.
Looks like there are six candidates for the PL preseason team: Ivanauskas, Burns, S. Nelson, Kostecka, Rayman, and Mahoney. My guess is that Mahoney is the odd many out - or possibly Rayman. With Rayman now back at his natural PF spot, I think he will have a very good senior year however.
My pick for the final PL standings:
1 Colgate
T2 Bucknell
T2 American
4 Boston U
T5 Lehigh
T5 Loyola
7 Army
8 Lafayette
9 Navy
10 Holy Cross
Where Loyola finishes in the official poll depends partially on whether they give them full credit for the quality of the incoming Spaniards.

With the talent that the Bison have lost over the past 2 seasons, to be in the running for 2nd is pretty good. I would love to see the team really step it up this year and put a scare in Colgate when they play in Lewisburg.
BTW, I think that Loyola might challenge for 2nd or 3rd.

If he comes even close to last year’s end-of-year performance, I think Burns takes POY. I still think Sotos could be in the mix for some honors.

A couple comments on the above:
- Matt Langel and his SID both picked American to finish ahead of the Bison.
- Loyola beat out Boston U by one point for 4th place.
- Army beat out Lehigh by one point for 6th place.
- Out of 18 voters, Holy Cross only got three votes (or maybe fewer) for a spot better than last.
- There seem to be five tiers: (1) Colgate; (2) Bucknell and American; (3) Loyola through Lehigh; (4) LC and Navy; and (5) Holy Cross

I think that this is a fair list. Maybe HC should jump to the Big Least.

Good news. Reportedly Flannery will be joining the Bison radio broadcasts as a color man. Not only will this add a lot of basketball knowledge but it should also help keep Birdsong in check a bit. Hopefully the tweet is accurate.

I sometimes think ND is a bit too passive about telling off incompetent referees. Perhaps Pat can rectify that issue from his new front row seat.

OMG. He is going to the dark side. I want a picture of him wearing a media pass. In all seriousness, he will do an awesome job. It may take a while for the the two of them to figure their timing out, but hoping they get to the point where Pat can splice in a few stories along the way. And, he will be a topic for any referee from his era who is still doing games.

This sounds like a great idea! I think it takes someone strong and certain with some good cred to force Doug to talk less, but Pat fits that criteria and then some. Some of the takes Doug continues to have during a game are simply foolish so maybe Pat can relay the true story!

He might’ve been talking about a friend or someone on another team. It is my understanding that everyone is healthy at the moment.
