Harvard at Holy Cross: Friday Night
HC (0-4) hosted NE tonight.
NE 101 - HC 44 WOW!
Jordan Roland 28 pts, although I suspect he sat most of the second half (3 bench players scored in double digits). 11-3 shooting (6-7 on 3's).
HC shot 2-27 from 3 (7.4%)
Assuming HC will be, uh, motivated on Friday!

Boston Globe has article on Crimson but I'm not a subscriber. All I can see is a pic that shows that Aiken needs a haircut!
Help anyone?

No surprise - Jon Rothstein reports Seth Towns not playing tonight per school spokesman.

I think you can safely unsubscribe from those updates until the exam break. But I have a terrible track record on predicting whether/when he'll play.

Also, January seems to be the goal for Seth.

It’s watchable at watchstadium. They took over PLN.
Not sure you want to watch. Second-straight captain luckbox game from three for the opponent. May not regress in time for Harvard to save this one which would be an ugly, ugly, ugly loss.

Patriot League Network. My advice: don’t watch. This team is either uncoachable or not being coached. Pathetic offense and defense has given up as many points in 1st half as HC scored in last game. Lewis’ absence is not an excuse.
Hard pressed to find anyone who has shown improvement year to year.
Should have gotten refundable tickets to Florida.

This is how I felt about Lafayette game for Penn. Good news for you guys is that Harvard actually figured out a way to win. Ugly, but a win which is more than Penn can say.
Not exactly top of the cycle we were all hoping for, huh? Ugh these injuries are ridiculous.

Holy Cross missed like 6 of its final 7 from three, and that was enough to finally stop the insanity. Opponents were over 50 percent on their last *43* threes. Not a lot you can do when that happens - just the nature of the higher variance modern game.
Was masking the fact that Harvard is much improved with Bryce out there - he just makes everyone better on the offensive end.
Would be bad if Lewis is out for Orlando, because those will be some bigger teams and an inside presence could be helpful.

I love seeing Aiken go off on Non Conf opponents. I am not looking forward to seeing him live in league play again though. He is a beast.

I was able to find the WatchStadium or whatever it is called.
Agree the offense is much better with Bryce, but I was surprised how noticeably different we are without Lewis. Even though his production ebbs and flows, his presence is really important.
Separately, loved the cursive script on the Crimson jerseys.
