Looks like Bucknell opens as 5 point favorites for tomorrow afternoon's game.
Bucknell is 61st in the country in 3pt attempt rate, and 52nd in the country in % of points from the 3pt line, so the Tigers 3pt defense (which currently ranks as the 5th worst in the country at 45.2%) will surely be tested.
Bucknell is coming off of a 20 point loss to Yale in a game which Yale controlled the entire way, and Yale's bigs dominated (38 points on 17/21 shooting between Atkinson, Bruner and Alausa). Bucknell did give Vermont a very tough game at home earlier in the season, and beat a solid Hofstra team at home before heading on the road for a while.
Would be nice to see Schwieger back in action after he dressed on Tuesday. A win at Bucknell would give the Tigers a lot of momentum heading into a much more winnable stretch of the out of conference schedule

Princeton has had recent success against Bucknell, winning 9 of the last 10 meetings.
Catching them coming off 4 straight road games is a plus.

Tigers down 4 at the half. Led by as many as 8 and had lead for most of the half before they got sloppy with the ball. Morales outdid himself by driving and throwing the ball over the backboard and out of bounds. AR and Johns both tried to dribble from the top and get stripped clean. Ugly. Schwieger off the bench for 6 first half points.

This Tiger team is so streaky. Big roll to start the 2nd half and they go up 17. Then they lose their mojo and lead down to 6.

Tigers turn up the D, pass the ball better and go back up 14.

Schwieger was great off the bench today, and his presence was clearly missed in the first 5 games. A core group of contributors seems to be emerging, with Llewellyn, Aririguzoh and Schwieger as the primary scorers, and Evbuomwan, Langborg, Friberg, Wright, Desrosiers, Morales as the next group with some spot minutes from Johns and Barnes. Personally have been quite impressed with Evbuomwan, who I didn't expect to be this aggressive on offense.
Llewellyn was really good in the 2nd half, hitting 3 threes to help extend the lead. Also good fight from the team to survive extended minutes without Aririguzoh, who was in foul trouble the whole second half. There was a definite dip without him, but they didn't break

Nice to see contributions from several players today besides Llewellyn and Aririguzoh - Schwieger with 17 pts and 4 assists, Evbuomwan with 10 pts and 8 rebounds, Desrosiers with 10 pts including 2-3 on threes, Langborg with 8 pts including 2 early threes, Wright with 3 pts and 7 rebounds in 23 minutes, Friberg with a big 3 pointer late and 2-2 on free throws.

Agree that Schwieger made a big difference today as he has the ability to get off his shot down low or pass out plus he can shoot FTs and 3 pts. He was a 2 star recruit vs. Much and Desrosiers but he is a multi-dimensional player who has displayed a high basketball IQ.
Actually, like the offense getting closer to the rim as FG % should be higher and there should be more open 3 pt shots.
Bucknell had some good luck going in the 1st half with some banked in shots etc but that stuff happens. Defense was not air tight and there is opportunity to improve. Limited minutes for Johns and Barnes - sloppy play especially by Johns.

Looks like the ASU game gave them some confidence that carried over into today. We always knew non-conf would be tough this season, but we're seeing clear improvement.
