There was some hope Bryce would be back tonight, but I haven't seen anything about him yet.

Looks like Bryce won't be playing. The usual non-Bryce starting five.

Back to back threes to start the game. Lewis doing a great job finding the open shooters after getting doubled.
Bassey knocking down an open three is a major development given how poorly he's been shooting it this year...

Another three for Bassey. Really nice to see him getting involved on offense.

Harvard-Yale games this year are gonna be first-to-50 like in 2015, aren't they...

Just an absolute embarrassment this final minute, missing free throws and giving the ball away. This is where we might miss Bryce the most, our inability to put teams away when we have a big lead. This should be a 15 point win, and we're going to be lucky to win by 5.

We finished 6 of 14 from the line. In the final minute, Juzang missed two, Kirkwood missed two, and Djuricic missed the front end of a one and one.
We won the game from the three point line. We were 12 of 29; they were 5 of 26.

I guess what’s more important is the ability to build a double-digit lead...?

True...
I was just thinking that for the sake of our NET rating, it'd be nice to keep a double-digit lead rather than give it away in the last few minutes. This is the fourth straight game we've done that.

Yeah, for sure, there’s a reason why Harvard is still outside the Top 100 in the quality metrics but (probably) Top 70 now in resume metrics.

Why is Ledlum on the court at the end of games when the opponent has to foul? He shoots 56% and was 2-9 in the two Dartmouth games until he sunk his final pair.
Kirkwood, Bassey, and Djuricic were 10-16 on 3’s. Surprisingly, Haskett and Juzang were 1-8.
Juzang picked up his 3rd foul early in second half then smartly avoided any others. Lewis solid with 13 pts, 9 rbs and at least 2 blocks (likely many more).
Going to be tough at P’s if Bryce remains unavailable.

Ledlum regressed a bit in this game. Six turnovers, forced a bunch of drives that weren't there. If Bryce isn't back soon, we're going to need Ledlum to be more efficient.
And I don't have any idea why he was in when Dartmouth was in fouling mode either. Totally inexplicable.

I just remain impressed that this team can keep winning basketball games without two POYs. Also kinda fun to approach this season with an eye toward the future. Had assumed coming in that the seniors would get the bulk of minutes and that we’d learn little about what the team will look like next season, but really the seniors have been one star (Lewis) and a few rotation players.
You can sorta see what a Haskett, Kirkwood, Ledlum, Djuricic, Forbes lineup could do next year based on how much time they’ve gotten this season.

Two of those games were against us. Trust me I'd much rather give up a lead and win than make a furious comeback and still lose. To know that you're almost good enough to win but keep falling short. Tough way to lgo through another season.
