The weeping and gnashing of teeth over at the Pennsylvania forum after last night's collapse is a sight to behold.
If anyone knows a Licensed Clinical Psychologist that takes private insurance, I'd direct him/her there for a potential bonanza.

I think the firm of Bilsky, Wohl and Rosen could help them.

I was thinking Neumann & Pawlak PLC might have the answer.

Slow start, but Tigers draw a couple touch fouls on Atkinson and Swain early which could hopefully help. Langborg the first man off the bench tonight. Tigers start 0/5 from 3. Tigers go small leading into the media timeout and Desrosiers gets 1 stop on Atkinson.
Yale up 16-8, Swain hit a deeep contested 3 and Yess just got a put back off a weird bounce. Tigers offense has to find something though

Morales knocks down the Tigers first 3 and the Yale lead is 18-15 at the U8. RA has been called for 2-3 travelling violations already. JL attacking the rim with ease

Tigers bench celebrating every Bruner 2pt jumper right when the shot leaves his hand. Clearly a point of emphasis to force those shots

Tigers hold Yale to just 3 points in that 4 minute stretch, but only score 2 themselves. RA now up to 3 travels tonight, seems like he's forcing things too much on Atkinson who is playing very hands off stay in front defense.
21-17 at the U4

3s from Schwieger and Wright tie the game at 23 and force a Jones TO with 2 minutes left in the half. Tigers ball movement looking very good with this small ball lineup

Mostly watching Penn-Brown but from what little I've seen I have no idea how Princeton is even in this game.

Tigers get hot from 3, but Yale gets an Atkinson alley oop finish to go into the half up by 1.
Decent half, the defense looked pretty good aside from losing Atkinson a couple times. RA struggling mightily on both ends early

Why did they decline to foul Swain (77% career FT) to foul Monroe (89%) instead?

66-63 win for Yale. Felt like a very winnable game for the Tigers, but too many bad decisions or mistakes. Aririguzoh has probably his worst game of the year, and the Tigers give Yale 2 4 point plays in the 2nd half. Schwieger also went up for 2 layups at the rim with Bruner and Atkinson right on his back that got blocked and possession was lost. Those absolutely have to be kicked out to shooters who were hot in the 2nd half.
And with all of that, Schwieger got a great look to tie the game as time expired. Proof that Yale is far from unbeatable, and that the Tigers shouldn't be afraid of a 3rd matchup.

Tough but encouraging loss.
Tough because they were slow to adjust to poor officiating in Yale's favor (kept trying to force-feed RA instead of kicking it back out).
Encouraging because they played so poorly for the first 10 minutes of each half and still took Yale down to the wire in New Haven.
Still pulling for Penn to nab that 4th seed -- they can take Yale and we can take them.

In the second half they were much better at using RA on the high post as a passer and screener, and less in the low post as a back down big. He was much more effective and freed up a ton of drives for JL and Wright, who both played very well. When RA's in that role, Atkinson sags off and allows the guards to get a good head of steam coming off the screen

Don't be so sure you won't be playing Yale in the first round.
If Harvard beats Yale at home next weekend and end up tied at the end of the regular season, Yale would drop down to the #2 seed since Harvard would have beaten them twice head to head.

Some things that I agree with regarding Mitch's philosophy. One of his favorite lines relates to seniors and how they perform when it counts the most. If true, no one should count Penn out of winning IvyMadness as they have 3 core seniors who have been through a lot. They may have one last burst in them if they get to play in IvyMadness.
In fairness, Yale and/or Harvard only if they beat Yale next weekend deserve to go to the Big Dance but that is obviously how the system does not work. Any of the four teams this year have a reasonable chance to win IvyMadness as there is simply not a dominant team although Yale has the edge plus they have Coach Jones. Yale will have to win it on the road -- only in IvyMadness.

Yale seemed to get a lot of lucky bounces tonight and still just barely hung on thanks to two four-point plays down the homestretch. Proud of how the Tigers hung in there tonight. I think they’ve got a real chance at Ivy Madness.

Have to say that this was the Llewelyn game that I visualized when he arrived on campus. His finishing, against a pretty good shot-blocking team, was superb, and his judgment on when to go was excellent. Too bad Aririguzoh happened to have his worst game of the year, looking out of sorts from the get-go. I thought Schwieger's last shot might go in, but alas.
Pretty good defensive effort by the Tigers, especially on the glass. I do not understand why Morales isn't out there at the end when you desperately need a steal.
