Up 8 at half. We’ve looked good when we’ve gotten it inside; Baker has also made a couple of threes to stretch their defense. Only problem has been a few forced passes against their zone that have resulted in turnovers.

Bassey with back to back turnovers. He just continues to make bad decisions passing the ball.

18 turnovers. Bassey and Haskett have both forced so many bad passes between them; they had 5 turnovers each.

We’ve got to find a healthy point guard by the 14th.
Rio has played great but he’s a 2 at heart.

Are they going to honor aikien and towns by possibly putting them in the game to take the tip. I am still holding out hope for an aikien return on senior night

Quietly, that was Harvard’s first season sweep of the C’s since 2014 and only the fourth under Amaker. I believe it has done the Brown-Yale season sweep five times and Penn-Princeton three times.

Wouldn't that affect their eligibility to play as grad transfers?

Towns, I would think, in terms of number of years only.
Bryce has already played this year.
Both would be grad transfers (if Bryce is eligible--he may have to petition in any case), so eligible immediately.

You're probably right about Aiken. I was thinking in my head that he missed a semester last year and a semester this year so he had a year's eligibility elsewhere, but that probably is incorrect.

I would assume they're both honored pregame and are not dressed out.

Bryce can get a year back for this season but can’t if he plays another minute. We’ll see if he ends up taking it though. Towns can get two.

Great time to emulate Florida Gulf Coast and start a basketball oriented university stocked with immediately eligible Ivy grad transfers!

If Harvard were to get into ncaa tournament how far do you think they could go with their defense?

Not far unless they can hit 3’s. A lot of vulnerability here now. Depends on the matchup

Typically, Ivies have better success playing really good teams that have good offenses and elite defenses rather than really good teams with elite offenses and good defenses.
So... this year Penn St., WVU, Colorado, Auburn... teams like that.

Any Harvard players besides Lewis who could win any ivy awards or on 1st or 2nd teams. Also what’s the deal with not playing catchings? He was a big contributor last year

Noah Kirkwood best candidate.
Catchings is a mystery. Watching him in limited circumstances he doesn’t seem as active and strong as last year. He started the season in a suit. Yes, would pair great with Ledlum as bruising small forwards.
