Coach Sarah Behn stepped down as head coach yesterday.

She was in charge for 6 years with a 74-96 (20-64 Ivy) record. Her best year was 2016-2017 when her team went 17-13 and tied for 4th at 7-7. They made the 1st IT, losing to Penn in the semis, but got a bid to the WBI Tournament. They won a 1st round game in the WBI for the team's first-ever postseason victory.
The next three years were rough, going to 15-12 (after starting 12-1), 9-21 and 8-19. These teams went 6-36 in the IL with a two 8th place spots and a tie for 6th.
She was arrested in the summer of 2018 for domestic assault of her husband, but the case was recently dropped when he invoked his spousal privilege and refused to testify.
Then, a few weeks before the season ended, the BDH wrote about allegations of mistreatment made by several former players. The Band refused to play at the last few women's games in support of these former players while other players, faculty and a former staff member commented in support of the coach.
