Bruner was great again last night against Kentucky (in another win for a surging Alabama team), but he went down with a knee injury late in the game and had to be helped to the locker room. Looks like he's supposed to be seeing a specialist in Birmingham today, hopefully it isn't anything major

- Alabama forward Jordan Bruner is out indefinitely with a right knee injury after having a procedure for a meniscus injury Wednesday, the school announced.
He suffered the injury in Tuesday night's win over Kentucky. Bruner's procedure Wednesday morning was performed by Dr. Lyle Cain of Andrews Sports Medicine in Birmingham.
Alabama said there was no specific timetable for Bruner's return but he is expected to make a full recovery and play again this season. -

Alabama's Jordan Bruner (knee) is "still a few weeks away" from returning, per Nate Oats. Averages 7.8 PPG and 5.3 RPG. A key piece for the Crimson Tide at center.

I don't know if a few weeks away to a couple of weeks away is an upgrade, but here's the latest on Jordan Bruner from Jon Rothstein.

Bruner played well in a losing effort yesterday:
“Alabama forward Jordan Bruner single-handedly kept the Tide close down the stretch in the first half. He scored all 12 of the Crimson Tide’s points in the final 3:34 of the half by going 4 for 4 on three-point tries.
His final three-pointer came with four seconds remaining before intermission and drew Alabama within 39-38 after the Razorbacks led by 10 points on three occasionsâ€
From Arkansas fan site WholeHog. I only knew because he made it onto the SportsCenter highlights.

Jordan showed some grit.
He is out of game shape and clearly meniscus tear mid season when he was ramping has been hell esp when it’s like his 5th one. He didn’t finish worth a damn in season and looked massively tentative at the rim
At the least his legs were dead second half
but thanks to the Andrew’s clinic and modern medicine he is anchoring this team who is on the brink of an sec title
Also special shout out to the sec network in the atl
roll tide (and go dogs/dawgs)
“God gave Jordan a lot of talent. He didn’t give him good knees.â€
