Sounds like a great opportunity for social distancing.

I've seen a number of things about Villanova's schedule and it has Penn as a home game. If true, that means that Temple would be the only city game at home. As of now there would be only 8 home games with Lafayette making nine. The schedule for home games SUCKS. At this late date the only possibility for home games left would be a Division 3 team like Ursinus.

Looking at Villanova's schedule on D1 Docket, while the Penn game is not listed, it lists home games for St Joes, Temple and LaSalle. Can't believe that they will be playing all FOUR of their Big 5 games at home so I think we need to see how that shakes out.
I'd also note that the Penn schedule on that same site shows Temple, St Joes and LaSalle all as AWAY games (and doesn't show Nova). So that site may not be the best place to see whether games are home or away.

However the Big 5 schedule shakes out, it is amazing that it appears that Penn is loading up on road games, perhaps to get decent home games in the future. But this home season is going to contain the fewest games on record and it will be invisible to students.

Yet they will probably attempt to charge us the same fixed price for season tickets, regardless of the number of games, as the did in 2019-20.

You might want to consider removing 'probably' and 'attempt' from that sentence.

2019-2020 also had next to no home games other than Ivy contests and Big 5 games. Widener was the only other home contest.

No one is forcing you to buy season tickets. It’s not like you’ll need them to get great seats at any game

Penn last played LaSalle, Temple & St. Joe's at the Palestra, so it makes sense that all 3 should be away games this year. Villanova & Lafayette should be home games, since we last played both of them on the road. We also traveled to Howard in 2019-20 (and in 2017-18). Do they owe us a home game?

If Penn played Temple, LaSalle and St Joes at the Palestra, the St Joes game may have been considered a "road" game for Penn (along with Vilanova on the road). If that is correct, St Joes and Villanova should be home games this year.

Penn wore its home whites in the last meeting with St. Joe's (January 18, 2020), so this year is St. Joe's home game, which is why they're playing at Hagan Arena.

Just got a season ticket request from Penn which indicates
"During the 2021-22 season we will play a 29-game schedule that features 11 home games at The Palestra."
Other than mentioning Arkansas and the Myrtle Beach tournament and that we are playing Villanova at home, there is no indication of the other three home games (one of which theoretically should be a Big Five game).
