In response to Greenhorn
Dartmouth has to get at least a tiny bit of offensive production from its bigs.
Obgu/Krystowiak played 34 minutes. They took four shots combined and scored two points (they also grabbed four boards, combined). They simply are not threats.
The guards don't even look to get them the ball in the low post. The opposing bigs just stand in the lane and play rim protector against driving guards/Rai. And the opposing guards can play right up on Dartmouth's shooters, knowing that they have help.
Vermont had a lot to do with that. As I said before, they're just better (and bigger and more athletic) than we are.
And while I'm not familiar with how our big guys did in other games, we have played against pretty good competition thus far.
Would be nice if Krystowiak gained some more muscle/weight though....
