C’mon. Why can’t we be 3rd or better? A Harvard L is only good for us.

Unfortunately, Monroe has a brain flossy and fouls behind the arc.

Good presence of mind by Monroe to get that ahead to Williams.

All right, big win given how backloaded the schedule is. Keeps the margin of error high. Columbia loses to Princeton, Brown going to win barring miracle. Hopefully, the Lions are spent after tonight's effort and will be worn out tomorrow.

While Jordan Dingle should be well rested.

I think it’s going to be a real struggle for anybody to get to 11 wins this year, and I think the top 7 will be in the mix. So the main thing is winning as many games as we can. I think it is wide open enough that Brown and Harvard are equally dangerous to our chances.
I do think that more wins will be be necessary than in other years — I think we will need at least 8 to get in this year, and 9 to be sure (that applies to everyone).

Best defensive effort of the year, and it isn’t close. Would like to see us know how to impede the Princeton cuts without grabbing. But grabbing is better than giving up easy layups — at least if our bench plays as well as Clark and Lucas did. Huge to win with defense against a good offensive team.

Yes, great D except against back cuts. Funny how Earl still does that despite playing at such a high pace. Still, we were great on the defensive boards in clutch situations, which is really important when shooting comes and goes. Teamwide effort and a very encouraging victory. Donahue may be right about the non-conf schedule despite how much we complained about it.

Also impressed with how they fought through Cornell’s incredibly aggressive and physical ball pressure. They were daring the referees to call a foul on every possession.

We did even have our moments against the back cuts. Mosh, Williams, and Martz had active hands and poked the ball away quite a bit on those.

Great win. Monroe was so good off the bench. Clark also had a huge game. I was also surprised, like David above, that Dingle did not come in for the final four minutes, but the strategy worked.

Remember how much we (myself included) criticized Mosh and Jelani early on? I take it all back now. I wonder if we’ll see MLL at all? Funny how nobody’s talking about him now that the others are developing. Even Laczkowski may be productive defensively and on the boards. Bryce gets another DNP, even when Steve ran out a fresh 5 in the first half. I’m really puzzled by that
