2019 was the year Harvard landed in NIT, beat Georgetown and lost a buzzer-beater to NC State, after losing to Yale in battle of co-champs(I think) on Yale's home court.

If the logistics to have the regular season champ host the 4-team thingy are too difficult, then here’s an idea: let the regular season champ host it the following year. There has to be some advantage provided to the regular season champion, even if it’s deferred a year.
