32 points off turnovers thus far - love it.

Good line-up change. Nice call ET and Bruno! Added speed and shooting. I like Lily handling the ball more. He can draw defenders and dish, or get himself open for a shot. Cowan can be a good spot-up shooter, with a good base and decent stroke. Hopefully he develops consistency to his shot. He must be showing his shooting ability in practice. They can become a nice guard tandem. Anane had some nice left handed takes to the hoop. The team played with much more purpose and energy. It’s one game. Hopefully they can keep it up and get on a run.

Not very often in Ivy League play that Mike gets to empty the bench at the end of the game.

The turnovers stand out in this one - the Lions turned the ball over 22 times, almost 29% of their possessions. Even better, 14 of those turnovers were steals. Ferrari made his presence felt on his return by contributing four steals on his own.

Defense lead to offense, to the tune of 34 points off of turnovers. We also did a much better job of hitting the offensive boards today. Jaylan had a lot to do with that, grabbing 5 of our 13 offensive boards. This has to be the blueprint for us moving forward - we played with a lot of energy on both ends. Towards the end of the game, the Columbia commentary crew even noted that Brown was getting after it, despite the game being done and dusted.

Choh continues to play at a 1st Team All-Ivy level - long may it continue. Cowan was a nice boost, with three treys, which either means he's heating up or about to go cold for the next two weekends. Wojcik had another solid shooting night - would love to see him heat up. Their efforts, combined with double digits from Owusu-Anane, helped make up for a quiet night from Lilly.

Penn and Cornell also pick up wins tonight, so good to get this one tonight. We need to follow up with a strong effort against Cornell next week.

A Lilly - Owusu-Anane pick and roll combo for the next three years sounds very nice indeed

The lineup changes (I think) helped, as did getting Ferrari back. The offense was certainly a lot better. Columbia is not a strong defensive team, but Brown more than took advantage. Loved that four were in double figures and two of them were guys we don’t typically see there in Nana and Cowan. (And none were Lilly!) Hopefully a confidence boost for this offense.
LET'S go BRU-no (duh. nuh. nuh-nuh-nuh)
