How ironic if Harvard, Cornell, Brown or Dartmouth win IvyMadness. Based on a crazy season post-COVID and the lack of a dominant team, anything is possible at Lavietes.

Like 1-10 Columbia having it’s only win at Penn?
Crazy year.

I’ll be shocked if Princeton doesn’t sweep Harvard, but as noted weirder things have happened in this league.

Updated after Yale beat Dartmouth. For Penn, it all comes down to the Yale-Cornell game. For Harvard, it requires winning out unless Cornell loses at Columbia that last Saturday.

I don't think so. If Yale beats Cornell, then Harvard needs 2 of 3.

Remember, that they'll only have 2 left when Yale plays at Cornell...and they lose 3 way ties.

So, at that point, we may just need 1 out of 2

From your lips to God's ears
In any case, Luke was saying in that thread that now there can't be a three-way tie where Harvard wins based on tiebreaker 1 (head-to-head record against the group). They could still make it through in such a tie on tiebreaker 2 (record against top teams), but so much is still up in the air with that that he didn't bother to explain fully.

Harvard mandatory split with Princeton and getting by Dartmouth at home takes #4 if Yale beats Cornell.
lord, even talking about being in a bogus league tournament to gain a miracle #16 NCAA seed is sickening.
And fact is, it appears here to stay.
