another swing and miss by the staff. the Engles newsletter is out—and says nothing except that we have two new unpaid assistants. no news about what the guys did over the summer, no news about plans for introducing the new guys, etc. Compare this to a Brett Borretti newsletter, or what the football program puts out.

I understand your frustration with the lousy communications from whomever is in charge of such things in the men's basketball program; however, take heart in the undeniable facts that the freshman class has in it four outstanding players who together with de la Rosa, Murphy, and a few other talented returnees from last year's team are almost certain to make the 2022-23 team competitive immediately. The one thing I would like to know is who was the person or persons who successfully recruited Columbia's Fab Four.
