I do plan to post a bunch of preseason stuff within the next week. I consider the game with Niagara a week from Saturday to be the true opener. To me a game with a poor D3 team (I.e. Lebanon Valley), one that is classifying the game as an exhibition game, doesn’t count for anything.
For those wondering how strong Lebanon Valley is, you may be interested in knowing that LV was ranked seventh out of 9teams in the MAC Commonwealth preseason poll, barely escaping the cellar. The poll:

I know we’ve opened with D3 schools before, but I hated it then and I hate it now. I can’t believe Bucknell advertises this as an actual game. I am just so sad (and angry) that Bucknell basketball has fallen so far. We did get season tickets again, but it is certainly not because we support Davis or the AD. I want to see basketball and I hope against hope Bucknell will one day be relevant again.
