Yale gets to come back a little closer to home in order to play in Fairfield's brand-new gym (which looks very nice). This is Yale's first CT road game since 2016-17(!)

I think Yale has an opportunity to really make a statement here on the road. So far, Yale's best games have come at home, and they have yet to make a really strong showing on the road. (They've played well on the road, sure, but nothing really signature.) Beating Fairfield soundly tonight would be a good start on that front.

Well, the Yale of two halves strikes again. The Bulldogs scored 7 points in the first ten minutes and had only 24 at the half, but they came out like a house on fire and dropped 53 on Fairfield in the second half. Mbeng, Poulakidas, and Mahoney had phenomenal performances. Basa-Ama deserves a lot of credit for his second half, where some very dubious officiating meant he had to play substantial minutes. Yussif had 12 rebounds, 7 of which were on the offensive end. I'm really happy to see that for him.

After the exam break, next comes a struggling Monmouth before Ivy play starts up in the New Year.
