I remember the skepticism about his hiring over 10 years ago. Now he’s Brown’s all time winningest coach. In an over 100-year history, that is a milestone.

He’s brought a consistent professionalism and evolutionary mindset to Brown basketball. He’s upgraded the talent by recruiting - and in some cases developing - some of the best players in Brown basketball history. He’s engaged alumni at a level I hadn’t seen at Brown before. Historically Brown has been a hard place to win, but he’s cracking the code on what it takes for Brown to be successful.

This is Tj’s honor too. The two of them make a remarkable pair that Brown is lucky to have. Together they are the all time winningest duo in Brown basketball history.

It’s not just a good future this team has. They have a good present too.
