ASU is a fun team to watch. 53 first half points. Desmond playing with his brother Devin who transferred from Auburn. Desmond is far more under control than he was at Brown, although he just hit a fall away jumper from an angle that was behind the backboard. Reminiscent of the upset of Princeton I believe. He’s become a slick passer. 17 points and 6 assists 3/4 of the way into the game. Great recruit. If he had stuck at Brown ….

Had to be one of my favorite Ivy non-Penn players to watch.
Has shown he can perform in big time situations.

He plays a much more mature game now for sure. I mean it’s his sixth season in college basketball, so I’d hope that would be the case. Love watching him play for a big conference team and wish Gainey had had better luck doing the same. Sadly I don’t think Dez is an NBA prospect.
