First game is a tough one on the road against one of the better mid-major teams in the country. Mike is running out this starting five:

- Lilly, Jr
- Kloman
- Anya
- Cooley
- Owusu-Anane

Tough loss - Kino almost banks in a corner three at the buzzer, but no good. Free throws - 10 for 22 - and turnovers down the stretch were the difference.

Silver lining is the team put in a strong effort on the road against a quality opponent. Kino, Nana and Kalu in double digits. Was particularly impressed with Nana's defense against Colgate's big man. Still have some questions at the guard position.

Agree interior defense was strong. Anya and Cooley on the o-boards made a big difference. Ref made up for the soft foul on Nana by calling one on him. Hate to make it about FTs but if they shoot even their typical 60 pct they likely win. Offense was jumpy but had moments.
LET'S go BRU-no (duh. nuh. nuh-nuh-nuh)
