Heartbreaking loss for the women. Collins made a layup with 1.2 sec remaining to give the Lions an 81-80 lead, but the Gators hit a shot at the buzzer.

Just saw the replay… Florida got a generous restart on the clock. The Gator player caught the ball, took a dribble, then went up for the shot… all within 1.3 sec. In slo-mo, you can see the clock didn’t start right away when she touched the ball… that half second was the difference she needed.

Good showing for the Lions though… they hung tough with a couple of SEC teams this week.
