Not loving Mitch's hands-in-pockets saunter on the sidelines.

The combination of nothing available at the rim and bad three pint shooting is deadly.

That thunk you heard is the door shutting on the dream of an at-large NCAA bid.

It wasn't happening anyway with St. Joe's no longer being a quality loss.

1-15 from 3.

19pts isn't insurmountable but the guys just look crestfallen today - getting wide-open looks but not making them. They just need to make a few and the floodgates will open.

But it may be too late already.

Time to break out the Kenny Loggins track for halftime: “You think that maybe it’s over. Well, not if you don’t want it to be. For once in your life, here’s your miracle. Stand up and fight!”

Welp, let's see if the guys can rally. If there's a Princeton team that can come back from a huge deficit, it's this one.

They need to settle down and play to win each 4-minute section of the 2nd half.

Cornell's 2-point shooting is 12 for 16; we have no real rim protection.

They won the first 4 minutes by 1 point. Made a couple threes but the defense if weak.

Getting fouled a lot and getting stops are going to be key to making this interesting. So far no sign of getting stops.

It's over. We're missing every single chippie at the rim and Cornell is making every single chippie at the rim.

Announcers are being kind, but they are praising Cornell defense when much of the time it's just failure by Tigers to make basic shots.

Cornell’s size and physical play are affecting Princeton on both ends. But some is just missing shots. More serious are the problems on D. Cornell has gotten mostly good looks.

Even after our stellar non-conf, I predicted 2-3 road losses in Ivy play. Seems about right.

Elite teams everywhere are losing on the road to mediocre-to-bad teams. No shame in Princeton losing on the road to a good team like Cornell (or Yale). You just gotta shrug and not get too upset.
