Keller Boothby did not play at Harvard last weekend. Good to see him back. He has hit two early 3's to give the Big Red a 22-15 lead at the 11 minute mark of Half#1.

Cornell shooting 5-8 and Yale shooting 0-6 from distance. Big Red up 31-22 with 7:30 left in the half. Pace favors Cornell.
Look for a Yale run here. That's what they do....

Exciting game....
Cornell is up 46-38 at the half. They shot 7-11 from 3, while Yale was 1-9.
Danny Wolf scored 19 points. Yes, 50% of his team's points!
There is plenty of room/time for the rest of the Bulldog team to heat up and turn this around with their customary deadeye 3pt shooting and crashing of the offensive boards.

Cornell up 69-62 with 7:15 left. Yale got it down to one, but Cornell seems to have been able to answer most Yale scores.
Neither Pouladkaidis nor Mahoney have done much so far. Hard to expect that to continue. Plenty of time left for a big Yale run.

Poulakaidis hits a 3 deep from each corner to give the Bulldogs a 74-73 lead with just under three minutes to go.
Whatever happens, this game has lived up to what one should expect from a meeting of two 6-0 teams at mid-season. Great play!

Matt Knowling banks in a 7-footer with 3 seconds left and then hits the "and 1," to give Yale an 80-78 W.
Yale's guards finally came alive down the stretch, to get them within one.
Tough loss for the Big Red, but great game by both teams. All you could want.
More to come. They play again in Ithaca in two weeks.
