Congratulations to the four participants: Columbia, Harvard, Penn, & Princeton
We know the days & times
Semis: 15 March
#1 vs. #4 4:30 PM
#2 vs. #3 7:30 PM
Finals 16 March @ 5 PM
And while the e very likely matchups (baring upsets) are Princeton vs. Penn & Columbia vs. Harvard, this is still all to be decided

NCAA At large:
• 68 Teams – 32 conferences make the NCAAs – 36 at large bids
• 10 conferences (including the Ivies) are represented in the top 38 spots.
• So 28 at large bids used – leaving 8
• Bubble is around a 46 NET
• Some teams with a 50ish NET will make the cut – leaving out some low 40s NET, even a mid 30 NET is at risk.
• Columbia not likely to receive an at large – starting with a 56 NET, not likely to reach top 40 NET with a loss in the Ivy Tournament
• Princeton at a 31 NET could fall 10 with a loss at home to Penn or as the 1 seed – so would be close to the bubble, but given recent NCAA history I believe a 42ish or lower NET and the Tigers are an at large bid

• 32 Teams – best available – there is no stated 0.500 or better requirement
• Between NCAA & WBIT 100 teams make postseason
• 23 conferences represented in the NCAAs – so 9 NCAA spots going to conference outside the top 100
• WNIT Bubble is 91
• Columbia & Princeton would make the WBIT
• Harvard is on the WBIT bubble
• Perhaps rhetorically, would the WBIT take a 73 NET Purdue at 12-16 or a 84 Missouri at 11-17 … there are a number of Power 5 teams with losing records all around Harvard …

• 32 conferences represented - Highest finishing team in not in NCAA or NIT
• 16 at large need to have 0.500 record or better or 13 D1 Wins and a NET of 120 or better.
• So Harvard (if not in WBIT), else Penn
• The Bubble looks around a 130 NET – some teams will opt out of paying for the WNIT, so could be closer to 140 NET

Ivy WBB 2024 Post Season Edition

With Harvard's win over Dartmouth tonight, the Crimson will be the 3rd seed in Ivy Madness and Penn will be the 4th seed.
For Columbia to be the #1 seed, this Saturday, the Lions will have to beat Cornell and Penn will have to win at Princeton.
