Andy's accepted the head coaching position at Colorado College - a great move for him at 36. He's been a big part of Brown's success since the late '90s, and from what I know of him and the program, he'll be missed.

Let's all wish Andy a lot of luck on his transition to a head coaching role, and on his upcoming arrival in the form of his first child.
