Wow this is just amazing. I know Juan's been a presence in the offseason, and even at some games when he was with the Wiz. But to think that Reitz is actually a hot spot for basketball talent in Baltimore? Never thought I'd see the day. Absolutely awesome.

if people didn't notice, this article did confirm that joe miles (Marshall) has transferred in. He will join the Greyhounds on the floor in 07-08 (as a junior) after sitting out 06-07. Last year at Marshall, he averaged almost 11 ppg and will be a strong player in the MAAC.

Great catch, MacDog. Interesting. As much as I want them to bring in freshmen this again appears to be a great pickup. He was at St. John's in DC for a while, wasn't he? Anyway good to see Patsos tapping the DC Catholic League.

as much as i agree that it will be CRITICAL to get four year kids to build a solid foundation, it is hard to get recruits to take LC seriously without showing a commitment to winning... my guess is we are nearing the end of hte transfer craze (most of these are guys Patsos had contact with as an asst at MD) and will begin in earnest with recruiting freshmen with the high school class of 07.
