Did we know this?
O’Brien’s injury opens door for Solanco to repeat By Jason Guarente Lancaster New Era
Published: Nov 30, 2006 2:24 PM EST
LANCASTER COUNTY, PA - There’s a tall question looming over Section 2 of the Lancaster-Lebanon League.
What will the basketball season hold for Todd O’Brien?
Garden Spot’s 6-11 senior, who was expected to be the section’s dominant player, is going to miss time after having his left knee scoped this week to repair loose cartilage.
How long will O’Brien be out? It could be until Christmas. It could be longer. No one knows for sure.
Before O’Brien’s injury, which he suffered during a drill in one of the Spartans’ preseason practices, Garden Spot appeared poised to make a run at its first section championship since 2001.

Yep, Bison137 mentioned it on 12/1, below is a copy and paste of his post:
Suffered a minor knee injury in practice and had to get 'scoped for some loose cartilage. He is out until at least Christmas so don't expect to see any game reports until the new year.

I've been checking the papers since the original article and haven't seen anything more so hopefully no news is good news.
If it is only a 'scope for loose cartilage and nothing worse, then he should be at full strength fairly quickly.
