Some schools' "wires" are out-of-date, often. (Columbia, Cornell, at least, at 1:00P Wed) Is anyone ill, or are they just busy?

Not sure what you're talking about. There are two Columbia articles from this AM, both from the Spectator.

The article about WKCR's decision to broadcast the MSG games was in yesterday's Spec and not in the LionWire most of Tues.
Nothing about Cornell's game last night (as of 2PM today).
Maybe Brown's game Sunday is too old to still have on.

The Spec was late updating its website yesterday. Their headlines email arrived in the afternoon.
You're wrong about the Cornell game. The AP writeup and the Cornell and Colgate recaps have been up since about 10pm last night.
As for the Brown complaint, take it up with the Brown Daily Herald and the Providence Journal. We can't fabricate stories just for the sake of havi new headlines.

The Spec article was on when I checked in the morning, around 9 your time, your time (I'm in CA).
My apology about the Cornell links. I looked only at the most recent stories at the top of the Cornell page.
I found the Pro Jo article about Brown in the morning. The Daily Herald doesn't seem to be publishing this week, BTB.
