(to admin: since there is no OT board, not sure where it was appropriate to post this).

Hey all:

In following the Quakers over the last few years, one thing I have always wondered is why Bagnoli's name never gets brought up in terms of any coaching vacancies. I'm not huge into college football, so maybe it is just not the norm for a coach to jump from 1-AA to 1-A, but i know it has been done before. His success would seem to merit, at the very least, mention for some openings. Any thoughts appreciated.

Bags has another of his kids who I believe just started at Penn so the real story is that he has some financial motivation and some personal motivation to not look around. He has a great situation in many ways. You could also ask this question on the Ivy Football board:
