Brown is tops in both in the Ivy, coming in at 114 in the RPI and 130 in the Pomeroy. These are great rankings, and support the fact that Brown has looked like the best team in the league.

We did not get dinged much for the losses to URI and Providence, as they're both highly ranked. The home loss to Wagner clearly hurt a bunch - I wonder if we'd be top 100 if we hadn't dropped that one - and losing to Michigan on the road, which is slightly higher ranked than we are, probably didn't have much impact.

Either way, real nice.
LET'S go BRU-no (duh. nuh. nuh-nuh-nuh)

Don't be so modest! You are first in Sagarin, too (though at 168).

I'm not ready to get too excited, yet, but it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

But today, Cornell is at #126 and Brown is at #127. Cornell hasn't played for two weeks. These rankings are very fluid. Nice to be at or near the top, but the only, only thing I want is for Cornell to win the Ivy League championship this season.

In the RPI, Michigan is No. 176 (with a jump up following a LOSS to No. 66 Central Michigan), which is considerably lower than Brown.

Not to mention lower than Dartmouth and Yale - just to give that Harvard win a little perspective.

Stump and I do not have the same goals, but I'm not sure any of the raitings mean much at this juncture.
