All I can say is I hope Jones has some good antacid. How do you even try to explain or understand how your best player misses 2 FT's in crunch time and your other solid senior misses a layup? Only bright spot was the first evidence that Baumann might turn out to be a very good player--13 pts and 6 boards in ?15 minutes. But, and I only listened to the game on radio so couldn't tell how he was on D, I'm not sure why he played so few minutes if he was playing so well.

It certainly surprised me that Baumann wasn't on the court in the last few minutes of the best game he's had (Dart). As someone who's only seen the tape of the Yale game and not been to any, I can't be responsible in commenting on Jones' player handling. But, I do wonder at his use of Ben, Gerard and, as of last Saturday, Baumann. Perhaps people with first-hand knowledge can speculate.
