Drexel gets 11 point win over Laf without their leading scorer & preseason all-CAA, Brooks, who is out with stress fracture.

Also, of note is LaSalle's win over USC, 71-62. Philadelphia teams have not been good to SC.

Well, it is their 7th game in two weeks, 4th in the last week, and one they had to play after Wake, Michigan, and Florida. In addition, they blew a 12 point 1st half lead. I think this is more about PC being tired then it is about a team that has suddenly gone bad.

Strangely busy night for Penn opponents. Wins for UIC, Rider, La Salle, Brown, Drexel, with Wisconsin leading Maryland in the first half. Temple, Providence, and Lafayette lose. Nine of 20 teams Penn plays this season, all playing on a Tuesday night. Strange.
